You can contact the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries and or use a Pac to move your number to the new network which then cancels your Vodafone account if you want to take your number with you if your new contract is with another mobile phone network.
Or have you opened up another contract with Vodafone directly or through an independent such as Carphone Warehouse ?
Do you want to keep your mobile number ?
You could even ask for your contract to be moved to Payg which takes 30 days which then cancels your contract. Just a thought.
Please don't cancel your direct debit just yet until everything paid and you get the sorry your leaving letter and a £0 bill.
