I placed an order online yesterday.

I did not receive any mail confirmation.
For some reason, the order is missing on the system, and I need to know what I can do about it.

It maybe worth checking any spam email just incase communication has dropped into there.
Things may have been slightly delayed due to the order being made on a Sunday too.
Vodafone may also be still in the process of credit checking you if this is a new contract.
Perhaps give Vodafone Customer service a call as they should be able to clarity the status.
