Hi there,
I have checked my credit reports and find out that Vodafone account is still active there. I dont have vodafone account now and its been more than one year since the previous sim only contract with Vodafone was expired .. I do see monthly payment still showing on account ..dont know why ..very bad and annoying from vodafone
Can someone help me how to sort out this? How to complain against vodafone

We have a Vodafone Social Media Team here that reads all posts and have a Credit File Specialist Team who they can ask to assist you @asimraja1980
Please await for them to catch up with your thread and they'll take you through security checks and help.
