Why is it so hard to renew a contract

I have 2 sim only contracts t renew. At the momnnet I get UL mins and texts 2gb of data for roaming and 4 gb for the uk. From july the 4 gb of uk data can also be used roarming so I could have potentially 6gb when roaming. The vodafone sales guy said this is not correct and that the texts from vodafone telling me this are wrong. 

All this does is to put me right off vodafone. I dont at the moment use much data but feel very confortable haveing it there. Why dont they listen to the customer.  Rant over !

Yet another case of poor customer service from Vodafone where the advisor was incapable of giving a customer correct advise and information.  It beggers belief the nonsense that comes from untrained advisors.

 

As you have rightly mentioned, from June/July the terms were changed to include global roaming, if you had a roaming allowance and a UK allowance, you would first use your roaming allowance, followed by the UK allowance when roaming in a EU global roaming destination.
