WiFi Calling

Hi,

My wife and I both have pay monthly contracts and use iPhone 11 Pro's.

Network signal in our house isn't great and it's pretty poor in the kitchen, however our WiFi is excellent, getting over 100Mbps in every room.

We have WiFi calling enabled and it even shows it in the top left hand corner of our phones when calling or receiving a call from home however, conversations still break up.
I have only ever used WiFi calling on o2 before and it was excellent and did as advertised. Am I missing something obvious that I need to make it work properly?

No it should just work @garymoort

wi-fi-calling.

The other option could be a sure signal device which costs a one off £70.

It may be that your phone is trying to connect to the mobile network intermittently while using Wi-Fi Calling @garymoort. Does switching your phone to airplane mode when at home improve your calls for you through Wi-Fi Calling?

No, airplane mode cuts off WiFi too.

Can you put your phone into airplane mode, then switch Wi-Fi back on @garymoort? Or will it not allow you to do this?

I'll let you know when I get home.
Thanks.
