can't access vodafone services

I’ve emailed, phoned (several times) chatted on-line (loads of times), been in to the Vodafone store and I’m going round and around and answering the same questions again and again.

I cannot send text to premium rate – for example 79613 to request “entertainment.”

I have no caps or bars active on my account.

I cannot access Vodafone services. See screen shots. I get an “oops, something unexpected happened” or an error.

I cannot activate the Spotify account from my Red package because of this.

I’ve uninstalled, cleared caches, restarted, rebooted, reinstalled and am no further forward

I’ve spent HOURS trying to get this resolved and there is clearly a problem.

40 minutes on a call last night alone, and I’m still waiting

As you seem to have exhausted customer services route then please give the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries entry as they too have account access.

 

Unfortunately account access assistance is no longer available via this forum.
