I tried to do an online SIM swap from a physical SIM to an eSIM on Thursday 15 October. My physical SIM was disconnected immediately. I never got an email with the eSIM QR code. I've been disconnected ever since and nobody in customer service is helping. Vodafone, you are a disgrace.
So is this a reach out for help or a vent?
If the former and you still need help then I'd suggest reaching out to Vodafone either via Facebook or twitter to get connected to the social media team.
Sounds like an absolute nightmare, definitely strange the eSim didn't land if you had the right email registered.
