Hi I took out a samsung galaxy s20 ultra on the 2nd of July, but I would like to exchange this for a different handset as I'm still within the 14 day cooling off period... my problem is I threw away the packaging that the phone was boxed in.. can someone please tell me if I'll still be able to exchage as this phone has so many problems?
A good idea @WelshPaul however an issue may occur when the Vodafone Returns Department check the box on receipt or the Vodafone Highstreet Store check the box in-house they'll see that the attached stickers on the box do not match the phone's own imei and serial number when they start the returns process.
So remove the stickers! The odds that they accept the return increase this way. Bettert than just turning up at a store and handing them a phone and some used accessories.
