Hi I have been reading about the same issue I have, where I keep getting the same message sorry we are having technical difficulties at the moment.
I have contacted by phone online and email. I have tried all the solutions but nothing seems to work. I have had my account reset 3 times. I can seem to log in on line but with limited view when I go into my usage where it says sorry this is all the details shown at the moment and just shows my data usage
