I ordered an iPad but I got a text saying out of stock and i rang up and told could take up to 2 months will I still be paying for it when I haven't revived the product. Or could I change to a different colour to get the product faster

If you wanted to change to a different colour you'd have to push to cancel the first order and start again. 

 

Is this an upgrade or new contract ?

@Tomster365 As mentioned by @BandOfBrothers, you'd need to cancel the first order, then create a new one and choose a new colour.
