Same problem here. Been with Vodafone years and never had an issue. Last couple of days the problem that everyone else has has started. Checked and all content control and bars are off. What's going on?

Looking back at this thread it's been going on for months, so why hasn't it been fixed? Has anyone got this sorted yet? And can anyone tell me how to contact customer service directly as per the PM's sent to other members as it appears live chat / phone you just get the standard "we'll get back to you in 24 hours" and nobody does which is unacceptable.

I am a new customer to Vodafone and also recieving unrestricted access to websites i previously had access to on 02 and some of these are not adult/over 18 related but recieve same message as others in thread.

IVE BEEN WITH VODAFONE FOR NEARLY 20 YEARS AND JUST UPGRADED AND ALL OF A SUDDEN I GET THIS?!!!

IF THERES A FIX THEN MAKE IT PUBLIC AND STOP TRYING TO SORT IT IN PM’s!!

Probably because it requires access to the persons account and I am sure you wouldnt want your accont details spread across the internet ??
