I have been trying to get in touch with Vodafone for weeks to discuss lowering my contract but live chat is constantly busy, why?

Hi @KENNETH_CASWELL not sure about why livechat is busy but unless your contract has come to the end of its minimum period you won’t be able to reduce it, Vodafone don’t allow in contract reductions.

They have already agreed as I increased my contract, I will keep trying

I find Live Chat to be best used on a laptop or tablet with pop ups allowed @KENNETH_CASWELL
Then leave the chat window open until an agent becomes free.
That or customer service on 191 will be able to help too.
