my account- important documents

Hi,

I'm new to vodafone and was pretty certain that in my account, there was pdf files in the important documents section. They showed your policy etc.

I contacted customer service who said it was a problem vodafones side and will be rectified soon.

Is this correct as I can't find any info' detailing this?
