order in open status

Hi any help would be grateful here,i ordered an additional sim only last week being thursday,received my new number etc,sim cards also came in the post but as of yet sim still isnt active,called vodafone customer services monday and i was told my order was still in open status and issue would be resolved in 24 hours,this is now thursday,could anyone help shed some light on this situation and also what an open order means thank you kindly

Did customer service advise why it’s showing as that status to you ?

As this is going to require Account Access your options are to wait for the timeframe being advised to you and if it does not activate then come back here and the Vodafone Social Media Team maybe able to intercede.
