vodafoe send the phoe to wrong address. contact vodafone customer service 3 times and the vodfone advisors assured me that they updated the delivery address .
now received the message from DPD that my order from vodafone is going to be delivered today and delivery address is still incorrect.
so to buy some time i reschedule the delivery until monday . But that parcel need to stop that parcel from being delivered to wrong address .
as DPD but they told me that due to security reasons they cannot change the delivery address and told me that they need approval from vodafone.
So vodafone contact DPD asap and correct the delivery address .
May I assume they are trying to send your phone to a previous address you resided at @coresys0558
It's right that DPD can't change the address themselves so it has to be Vodafone.
However there is no account access via this forum anymore so leaving a post here wont change anything or instigate contact from a Vodafone Agent.
You'll need to persevere with customer service on 191 or Live Chat.
