Hi have just renewed my contract and sky sports in not being offered as an option 4 others are but not the one I want anybody encountered this ???

If you previously had Sky Sports as your entertainment pack, before being able to opt into the new entertainment package, you first need to cancel the ongoing Sky Sports subscription: Cancel Sky Sports

The subscription will run it's course until the next monthly renewal date, after which time you shouldn't have any problems opting into the new subscription that comes with your upgrade.

Hey @toyota09, thanks for getting in touch. We've just been advised that our Entertainments team have confirmed issues where customers are unable to select Sky Sports when choosing their inclusive package. Entertainments have said the issue is with Super users but there is currently no set fix date.
Your token won’t expire and you can either wait for the issue to be resolved then select Sky Sports, or choose another entertainment pass as we understand that you'll be losing out on months’ worth of your inclusive package if not.
