When did you port to Vodafone as this maybe a split port.
i.e not all the files have settled.
And if you were using a temporary Vodafone mobile number while your number ported then you'll need to set up a new myvodafone with new email and password.
Customer service on 191 or Live Chat can escalate this to the porting in Teams if neccessarily.

If you have only just ported over from GiffGaff, your account may not be fully on the system and it is advisable to wait until the first bill has been received in around 7 to 10 days. Until then and whilst you are in the pro ratered billing period you won't have any billing information to view on the account.
When you have received your first bill, clear your cookies and PC cache and try again.
