The issue you’re experiencing:

The suresignal (v3) has stopped working. I have tried resetting my suresignal.  It is now being routed via ethernet to a mesh wifi router (Deco) but all the other devices on the switch are working and I have tried it on different ports. It was de-registered recently from mine to my wife's vodafone account. That's been the only change.

Thanks for flagging this to us @rcsyoung! I've checked things from our side and with the light sequence you're seeing, it looks to be that you'll need to reach out to your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Depending on which type of IP address you're using, please let them know either of the following:

  • On a static IP address, please let your ISP know you're trying to set up a VPN tunnel and that the IPsec is being blocked on an internal firewalled server within their network
  • If using a dynamic IP address, please advise your ISP you're trying to set up a VPN tunnel and that the IPsec packet is being fragmented in transit
