Hi
I'm getting an 'unsuccessful' message when unlocking my new Xperia L.
I've been on PAYG for 30+ days, and the IMEI number on the phone definitly matches the number on the confirmation email.
I've checked the NUC number carefully when entering it after the new SIM had been installed - and it's definitely been input correctly.
Please let me know what I need to do - the phone isn't locked yet, but I've only got three attempts left.
Regards - Mighty Boosh
May I ask is the alternative network sim card your using activated ?
i.e. connects to mobile data etc.
Current Phone > Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G - SM9860 Snapdragon.
Samsung One Ui 2.5 / Android 10.
Hey @mighty-boosh, before you use any more chances, get in touch with us via Facebook at Vodafone UK, or on Twitter using the handle @VodafoneUK and let us look into this for you.
If the attempts counter shows 0, you'll need to take your phone to a Sony service agent to have the counter reset and the phone unlocked.
