Code not working

Tells me to enter my SIM ME LOCK NP

I'm guessing that's the pin I set up

Then when I've put the unlock code in it tells me unsuccessful.  I've tried 4 times and only got 1 go left  phone is an N10

If you're phone is still locked, I would advise dropping us another message on social media so that we can look into escalating this for you. Make sure to include a link to this forum thread, your mobile/account number and the IMEI of the device you're trying to unlock.
