Do I need NUC Code to unlock iphone 11 pro?

I'm not ouside of UK, So I can't attivate with vodafone... How can I unlock phone?

Hi @akak6578  there is no unlock codes for iPhones, Apple do the unlocking remotely.

Are you currently in the UK ?

Are you the original ownet or have you bought the iPhone privately ?

Have you ever used a Vodafone UK Sim card in the phone yourself ?

I bought it on Ebay and It's vodafone iphone

. Also, I bought prepaid sim card(vodafone)

The question is that my iphone should I need NUC code to use another network carrier?

Hi @akak6578  the problem you will have is that you must use the phone on the Vodafone UK network for 30 days with the SIM card you purchased then request the unlock. The original owner (if they used it on the Vodafone UK network) could also request the unlock. 

if they can't do that do you know anyone in the UK you could send the phone to for them to use for 30 days?

Yes there is no code sent to customers but Apple still have to receive a request from Vodafone to unlock the phone and that's why you have to use it on the UK network so that the IMEI number can be registered against you then the unlock can be carried out. 

have you tried a non Vodafone sim in the phone to confirm it is locked?
