Im sure this imei is correct. I have voxi sim card. Card is inside of the phone for more than 30 days.

What is wrong?

You recently asked us to unlock your device so you can use it on another network. Unfortunately, we can’t do this because the following IMEI provided is invalid.

IMEI : xxx

What you need to do next
An IMEI should be 15 digits long. You can find your devices IMEI by entering *#06# on the call screen. If the number displayed doesn’t match the one above, simply fill in our online form again with the correct number and we’ll unlock your device as soon as we can.

If you’re still having trouble and believe that the IMEI you provided is the one on your account, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team on 191, (free from your Vodafone mobile) or on 03333 040 191 from any other UK mobile or landline (standard charges apply). Alternatively, you can contact one of our Live Chat agents through the Vodafone website.

Is the imei number you've supplied 100% correct @CiupaSs

Is the phone definitely locked to Vodafone i.e have you tried another Networks sim card  ?

Have you been making calls and sending texts etc while the sim card has been in the phone too which helps latch the phone's information to the account  ?

As per the advice at the bottom of their message have you contacted customer services and if so what have they said  ?

voxi.co.uk/contact-us.

You could also try the Social Media Team's on twitter.com/VOXI_UK or facebook.com/VOXIUK  or Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.

Unfortunately there is no account access via this forum to be helped from here.

Hi @CiupaSs  has this phone ever been replaced as part of insurance claim as this can sometimes mess things up with IMEI numbers.
