Hi, I had a contract for my iPhone5s with voadafone until November last year when I bought a new iPhone and set up a new contract with Vodafone. I requested the nuc code and have received an email confirming I should be able to complete set up by following the instructions. I have connected it to WiFi but am getting a message saying the sim is not supported, it’s not a hardware issue and to insert a sim that is from a supported network provider. The sim I have is from gif gaff. Help please!
Hi @Lynster78 although you have received the message from Vodafone saying your phone is unlocked this isn’t always the case as it can take another week or two for apple to action the unlock. Keep trying your new sim over the next few weeks and it should be unlocked then.
