From some research via a Google search that message should mean its unlocked.
Can you try another alternative network sim card in it to try.
If it's still not accepting another sim card then please contact customer service on 191 or Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
Account issues are no longer dealt with via this forum.

The first thing to do is to make sure the alternative SIM card you are using is activated.
You need to open the dialler and type in 2945#*???# the ??? represents the phone model number and this will bring up the unlock menu.

Thanks for your reply. I've tried all that and gone through every option I can find online. Just waiting now for Vodafone to get back to me. Thanks though 😊
