I put another SIM card with NUC code from Vodafone, but it doesn't work.
I think I need an MCK code that can unlock the phone itself.
Can you email me the MCK code with instructions for use?

Hey there @luxury3696 - Did you request a Network Unlock Code via this form? If so and that didn't work and your device is requesting a Master Unlock Code, please get in touch with us via social media so that we can contact the manufacturer for you. Make sure to include a link back to your forum post, your mobile/account number and IMEI number of the device to save you repeating yourself.
