I have been trying to unlock my device since 28/07/2019. I was given a nuc code on the 31st of July which did not work. I have then e-mailed nucresolutions and i am now on the 15th working day with no assitance and still unable to unlock my device. I have had numerous web chats and i am no further forward.
May I ask which model of phone you are wanting to unlock to all network's @louiseR304 ?
Also are you currently in the UK ?
The alternative network sim card your using to complete the unlock , is it activated i.e. connects to mobile data etc ?
