Have received NUC for this phone but doesn't work and now says I need PUC. From other posts this may be a red herring and what I really need is a Master Code. I see others have been sent PM with contact details on how to sort this out. Could I have the same please?

Yes a Puk is a red herring.
It's the phone getting confused.
You do need a MCK Mastercode also known as an unfreeze code as well as the Nuc
Unfortunately there is no account access via this forum anymore.
You'll need to contact Customer services or the Vodafone Social Media Teams to ask for it specifically.

Thank your message. I am still trying to speak to Vodafone about this, through the complaints team, and they are of no help whatsoever.
