I have applied for and received an NUC code. I change to a working sim on a different network and was prompted for the code. The code would not be accepted. I did this a couple of times but no luck. I have tried live chat where I was advised to email but then only got automated reposes. No one seems to help!

Hi @saundersabi
Can I assume your in the UK as a Nuc may not work if a person is not in the UK.
Also is the alternative network sim card your using to complete the process activated?
i.e. connects to mobile data etc.
Also to add some Samsung phones also need a mastercode also known as an unfreeze code which is available via Customer Services on 191 or Live Chat.

Hi. Thanks for responding. Yes I am in the UK and the SIM card is active. It is my daughters one that she uses everyday. I have a Sony Xperia xz3 that I am trying to unlock. Any other advice would be gratefully received.
