Are you using an activated alternative sim card ? i.e. connects to mobile network data.

Are you currently in the UK ?

Also may I ask which make and model of phone are you trying to unlock as some also need a master code also known as an unfreeze code along with the Nuc Code.

Finally customer service can give you the direct email address to contact the Nuc Department for support.

Current Phone > Samsung Note 9 _512Gb > Model: SM-N960 Hybrid-Duos.

Yes using activated sim from alternative network as my wife wants to use the phone, the phone is a Huewei p9 and yes I'm from the UK

Thank you for confirming your using an activated sim card and that your currently in the UK.

In that case I'd still advise to contact customer service who can give you the direct email address to contact the Nuc Department for support @Prawn
