I applied for an NUC code on April 29th, received my email saying it would take up to 10 days to arrive, still no code as of May 15th, is the current situation slowing down the service?

May I assume that you have checked any spam folders?
Also what make and model are you unlocking please?

Well I would have thought they'd have an unlock code for the Samsung Galaxy s8.
So it could be due to these unprecedented times.
You may also need a MCK Mastercode also known as an unfreeze code as well as the Nuc so be aware please. If you do then please speak with customer services again for this If you need it.
