Received NUC for Samsung s6 and it does not work. Have a valid EE sim card in and have checked IMEI is correct. Messgae is SIM network PIN blocked. Enter SIM network PUK
How do I get this?
Customer service on 191 or Live Chat can help you with a mastercode also known as an unfreeze code that's needed with the Nuc for some phones especially for Samsung Galaxy models.
Customer service can also give you the Nuc Department email address to ask them directly.
Hopefully this will help you resolve the problem.
The Puk is a red herring and has nothing to do with unlocking a phone and going from past and recent threads this is an inherent problem.
