2: Seeker

I still haven't received my NUC code and it's been 11 days why is it taking so long when any other network does it within 24 hours

What phone model are you wanting to unlock @Connerupton  ?

I ask because if it's an iPhone your wanting to unlock then Vodafone wouldn't send a Nuc as they instead contact Apple and ask them to centrally unlock the iPhone which can take a further 30 ish days from Vodafons email confirming unlock.

It's  advised to periodically insert a non Vodafone sim card that is activated and see if a pop up unlock message appears. Hooking upto iTunes can help.

If this is not an iPhone and I assume you've recieved the confirmation email from Vodafone that they've accepted your unlock request then it can occasionally take around 10 days if they have to contact the manufacturer for the code.

Usually it's faster.

If you contact Vodafone customer services on 191 or Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries they can check the status of your unlock request.
