NUC failing

I have received my NUC and i have inputted it but it has failed 3 times. I have checked the IMEI number again and it it correct and i have re-checked the NUC and i have inputted it correctly. What can I do?

What model of phone are you wanting to unlock  ?

 

Also are you currently in the UK ?

 

Is the alternative network sim card your using to compete the unlcock activated  ?

 

i.e. connects to mobile data etc.

 

I would also suggest to not try too many times or you could hardlock the phone resulting in it then needing to be sent off for the counter to be reset.

 

Customer service on 191 or Live Chat can help you by providing the Nuc Department email address to.comtact them directly.
