On the 13th August, I used the online unlock form.

Since then I called almost once a week to have the unlock code.

Last sunday (18 October), I called again and someone told me to contact directly by email the unlock team.

The address is invalid!!!


The SLA is 10 days to receive a code. We are 5 times beyond that SLA


I'm really ##~## off now. I should have stayed with O2
