Please im begging someone to help, as getting very frustrated. I used to be on Vodafone 2 years ago and had a Samsung S6. I now am on EE. I am wanting to use my Samsung s6 (locked to Vf) Ive received the email from vodafone giving me my unlock code, but its not working.
Ive been passed from EE to vodafone on the phone and getting nowhere. I did manage to speak to a helpfull Scottish chap (from vf), who did say he will call back but it never happend, assuming he didnt know or got stuck on a cuatomer call.
I know its not my EE sim as works fine in another phone. I have look at older threads on here and found ome suggestion of typing in the a long code which had * and # within the sequence but nothing worked. Ive been going round in circles, please can someone help.
Ive been told from both thats its not the PUK code i need, and also EE asked me to ask VF for the freezecode ?
Yes some Samsung Galaxy phones need an unfreeze code aka a mastercode as well as the Nuc @MatthewMatthew

My apologies at having to send you elsewhere to engage with Vodafone UK as I appreciate you came here , signed up and created a post to reach out for help but the Team here can no longer help with Account based issues.
But it's the same Social Media Teams here that help and assist via Facebook and Twitter.
Things have changed as they have decided that help and assistance with account based issues would be best supported that way.
I appreciate not everyone wants to use Social Media however it takes but a few moments to create a Twitter or Facebook account and then can be forgotten if necessary. Just a thought.
