I received my NUC code today and tried it a few times following the sequence given and it still does not work
I have checked the IMEI numbers and they match perfect
What can I do
Something in the following thread may help.
If not then Customer Support can.
They can escalate this issue further and can supply you the direct email address for the Nuc Department too.
Don't try too many times as this can hardlock the phone meaning it would then need to be sent away to be reset so you can try again.
