I'm aware many people ask about this on the forum. I see many people get solutions from support. I have a Samsung s9 plus.
The phone I have is an upgrade from my moms Vodafone account - due to very poor Vodafone coverage in my work area I am going for a sim only deal with O2. I entered the sim, got locked, entered the NUC code wrong and then got the "sim network pin blocked. Enter sim network PUK".
I have been back and forth between Vodafone and O2 - instore and online chat with no solution. This is effecting my work and I really need it sorted out asap.
Can someone help
Ignore the request for a Puk.
Ask Vodafone Customer services on 191 or Live Chat or Vodafone Facebook / Vodafone Twitter specifically for an unfreeze code / mastercode which is sometimes needed as well as the Nuc for Samsung Galaxy Phones.
