I have tried to use a sim from another provider on my Samsung Galaxy Edge 7. The handset was purchased from Vodafone, and I am still in contract with them.
When I switch the device on, i see the message "SIM Network PIN blocked. Enter SIM Network PUK". I have contacted the sim provider, and they have confirmed the sim is not locked. which i can verify. I have contacted Samsung, who cannot help me and have said I should I contact the sim provider. I have contacted Vodafone customer support and they have said to contact the sim provider as well. Going around in a circle for two weeks now !!
Can a moderator please help.
