I have submitted the IMEI to Vodafone and received an 8 number unlock code that doesn't work. I have been online with customer support and they don't seem to be able to help. Do I need another code prior to unlock code ??
I have checked both numbers repeatedly as requested, IMEI is correct and the 8 number code is entered correctly every time.
Suggestions. Phone has been working fine with Vodafone but I have bought an S10 now. Pay monthly contract in place.
