Thanks, received a code to unlock a Samsung S8.
imei number is correct, code does not unlock..!

Are you using an alternative network sim card that is activated i.e. connects to mobile data.
Also some Samsung Galaxy Phones need a mastercode also known as an unfreeze code @Karate_Mike
Customer service on 191 or Live Chat can help you with this and or can give you the Nuc email address.
