I have been trying (unsuccessfully) to unlock my S7 Edge for the last week or so. Vodafone UK have supplied the NUC but that's not working, it appears I also need an MCK (Master Code Key) to unlock my handset.
I have spoke to numerous members of the network unlock team and all they do is fill in a form for a 2nd line unlock team. It then takes them 48 hours to respond and when they do email me back, it simply contains the NUC code.
How do I get the Master unlock code for my handset.
This thread (albeit for an S6 edge) shows the issue I'm having .
Please help.

I know you shouldn't have to chase up other companies but it might be worth asking Samsung Customer service via their live Chat for the master code Unfreeze code.
They can't help with unlocking tho

I contacted Samsung this morning and they said they can't help with any unlocking queries.
They advised me to either contact Vodafone again, or take my handset to an independent company that specialises in unlocking phones .
I don't understand why Vodafone have made this so difficult.

Giving the master code I wouldn't see as unlocking the phone !

Oh dear, from reading the other thread it seems unless I want to wait weeks for Vodafone to give me this code, I'm going to have to bite the bullet and pay for it myself.
Vodafone, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

I contacted Samsung and they cannot help. It is Vodafone who need to supply the code.
