I just received my code from Vodafone. It came in 4 hours!!, but does not work
any ideas.
The vod email is no help
Is the other networks sim card your using activated @pcheaven ?
i.e. connects to mobile data etc.
Also some Samsung Galaxy phones need an unfreeze code also known as a mastercode as well as the Nuc to complete the unlock.
Customer service on 191 or Live Chat can help you with this and give you the Nuc Department email address too.
Current Phone > Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G - SM9860 Snapdragon.
Samsung One Ui 2.5 / Android 10.
Sim is active and works in other phones
note is asking for unlock and not master code.
Please phone 191 or Live Chat and they'll help or escalate this to the Nuc Department.
