The network unlocking code doesn't work

The network unlocking code I've received from vodafone doesn't unlock my old nokia asha 201 phone. I need to transfer the phone and number to a new provider before upgrading the phone. Any suggestions on how to unlock the phone are welcome

If the info in the two following links do not work then I'd suggest to contact Customer service on 191 or Live Chat and they can supply the email address to contact the Nuc Department directly for assistance.

One final resort could be a Highstreet Store that advertises they unlock phones but that would come at a cost to you.
