Unable to unlock my phone (PUK and NUC codes not working)

Hi, we have been sent a NUC code but can't unlock the phone as when we put in a non-vodafone SIM it asks us for a PUK code and the PUK codes given to us by the other networks don't work (we have tried this for 3 different SIMs now!).
I've read on this forum that we may need an 'unfreeze code' or to get another phone company to unlock the phone for us (which we will have to pay for).
Does anybody know the quickest way to resolve this issue? This seems to be a common problem with vodafone NUC codes.

Ignore the Puk request.


Ask customer service specifically for the mastercode  / unfreeze code @Leggy93
