Hi @sofiane

The problem you are going to have is that unless you or you know someone in the UK who is able to use a Vodafone UK in the phone on PAYG on the UK network for 30 days to prove phone ownership, you won't be able to get the unlock authorised.

This is where the seller may be able to help by getting the phone unlocked against his or her Vodafone UK account and it would be worth contacting the seller to ask if this can be done.

@sofiane

If you are not going to be in a position to use the phone in the UK with a Vodafone UK SIM, you won't be able to get the phone officially unlocked.

You can always try a third party unlocking service not recommended and the phone will relock when updated.

It would be best to contact the seller and explain the problem or sell the phone on to someone who lives in the UK and will be in a position to use the phone on the network to prove ownership for the first 30 days.
