I asked for the unlock code for my Sony Xperia which I received today.
However, I have tried the code 3 times and it just tells me it's unsuccessful!
I have triple checked both the code and the IMEI.

Please don't try too many times or you'll hardlock the phone and then it would need to be sent off by Vodafone to have the counter reset.

May I ask.......
Are you currently in the UK ?
Are you using an alternative network sim card that is activated i.e connects to mobile data etc.

Customer service on 191 or Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries should also be able to help and if necessary give you the email address for the Nuc department.

If so and the Nuc still isn't working then please do contact customer services.
