I have just been sent an unlock code for may old Samsung Galaxy S5 , but after following the instructions and enter the code it does not work, i have check th IMEI matches still does not work
This has happened to a few people unfortunately who are trying to unlock Samsung phones.
May I ask the following questions please. ..
》 are you currently in the UK ?
》 is the other network sim card your using activated i.e connects to mobile data etc ?
Some Samsung phones also need a MCK / Mastercode / Unfreeze code as well as the Nuc too.
To acquire this please contact customer services on 191 or Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries and ask specifically for it.
At the same time they can help with the Nuc to ensure it's correct and if necessary they'll provide you with the Nuc department email address for more direct help.
