The nuc code ive been sent doesn't work. I am going round in circles with chat telling me a new code would be sent within 2 hours with nothing received then on the phone being told that it would be done remotely or would receive a call within 24 hours neither happened now I've been told its been escalated and a new code will be received within 48 hours! In the meantime I have no working phone can anyone advise further?

Totally appreciate your frustrated with this.
May I ask a few questions please ?
1. Are you trying an activated alternative non Vodafone network sim card i.e connects to mobile data etc.
2. Are you currently in the UK.
3. Try putting a zero '0' at the beginning of the Nuc but don't try too many times or you could hard lock the phone.
4. Are you aware that some newer Samsung phones may also need a mastercode / unfreeze code as well as the Nuc to complete unlock ?
If Vodafone UK hasn't given you this code as well as the Nuc then my suggestion is to ask them specifically for it.
