Unlocking LG G3 failed

Hi

 

Looking for some help, I requested an unlock code for an LG G3, received the code and instructions, when select 'service provider lock' as instructed it displays the message 'Your phone is not personalised' and no option to put the unlock code in.

Just coming up with the same 'your phone is not personlaised' message.

 

There is an option on the Sim unlock screen that says 'network lock' that'll let you put a code in. Unfortunately the code I have doesn't seem to work with it.
