I am trying to unlock a Samsung S6 Edge which was used by a family member for several years before being given to me. I have obtained the NUC, but it is not working. I am sure I have entered the number incorrectly too many times, hence why the correct number is not working. Could a member of the Vodafone team please assist.
Don't try too many times or you could Hard Lock the phone resulting in the phone then having to be sent away for it resetting so a person can try the code again.
Typically a person has around 10 attempts.
In regards to Nuc sometimes putting a 0 before the code helps or some Samsung phones also need a mastercode as well as the Nuc.
Customer service on 191 or Live Chat can help and maybe Samsung Customer services can supply one.
